In 2005 most of the year was spent learning to drive a single horse to a pipe cart, a Gig and finally the Marathon Cart (which arrived in November). These are photos of Theo and Thistle.

One of the nice things about driving is that you can take passengers! Of course, Paul Maye can ride in the carriage and teach, but there are photos of other passengers in here: Lois Chadbourne and my son, James.

We drive in the ring, in the fields, around the local roads and just about anywhere we can go. And sometimes we do cones, gates and hazards. Lots of fun!
